Regular Case Updates
We won't leave you in the dark wondering how your case is going, you will receive regular updates from us and monthly reports if you require them. The monthly reports can be tailored to record any specific information that you may need. We can discuss this with you and explore your reporting requirements.
Client Care and Cash Flow
Our purpose is to provide the highest level of client care and the best possible legal costs service. This is our unwavering commitment on every case we are instructed on. We understand the importance of cash flow and will actively pursue a payment on account of costs to be paid you as soon as possible and if necessary, in absence of one being paid, we will make an application to the court.
OUR FEES
In receiving party matters, our fees are recoverable in addition to the profit costs and the disbursements in the case, therefore; they are not an additional cost or expense to your firm. As a result, you will receive 100% of your recovered or detailed assessed profit costs.
The paying party is responsible for our fees for the work you instruct us to undertake on your behalf which form part of the final costs agreement or the award from the court following a costs assessment hearing.
In cases where we are instructed to act for the paying party, we charge on an hourly rate basis and will provide you an estimate of legal costs fees, regular costs updates or in some cases, we can agree a fixed fee with you for specific work required.
